Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories, and we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. We also do not ship internationally.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required unless stated otherwise on a specific product page or during a limited-time promotion.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and carrier service levels.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak shipping periods, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will email tracking information to the email address used at checkout once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and package requirements.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipment fee, even if shipping is otherwise free.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

Check with household members, neighbors, and your building or mailroom.

Contact the carrier first, as they may have additional delivery details.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@theproductstory.com and we will help you investigate. In some cases, we may require a carrier claim process before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review and work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.
